Program nauczania: Ośrodki otrzymały listę kontrolną 10 standardów programowych: sformatowany plan dnia, zindywidualizowane praktyki nauczania, czas na odpoczynek/naprawę, czas na sztukę, czas na czytanie i pisanie, język, matematyka, nauka, komputer i swobodna zabawa, i otrzymały punkty za każdy z nich uwzględniony w programie ośrodka.
Zagospodarowanie terenu: Centra otrzymały listę kontrolną składającą się z 10 pozycji: zindywidualizowana przestrzeń na rzeczy dzieci, obszar zabaw dramatycznych/strojów, materiały sensoryczne, wyposażenie placu zabaw, obszar rowerów, obszar piłek, otwarta przestrzeń, huśtawki, obszar książek i obszar telewizyjny.
